Midcoast Magnet (dba Juice) respects the information provided by our customers. Because we gather certain types of information when our customers communicate with us, we believe you should fully understand the terms and conditions surrounding the information we capture and the use of that information. This privacy statement discloses the type of information we capture about our customers, how we use it to communicate with our customers, and how you can request to no longer receive communications from Midcoast Magnet.

This policy applies to all customers of Midcoast Magnet who include, but are not limited to, our online networks, conference attendees, customer inquiries, speakers, press, and other individuals with whom Midcoast Magnet maintains business relationships or communications.

Financial Information is payment information used for or gathered during the registration process and includes, but is not limited to, credit card numbers, financial institutions, and expiration dates. This information is not used for any purpose other than that for which it was provided to us, and is used only to the extent necessary for processing the transaction or to facilitate future transactions. Credit card numbers are held only during the time necessary to complete an electronic transaction and are not stored perpetually in any Midcoast Magnet database.

Professional Information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, company name, company address, phone number, fax number, and email address, as well as questions answered on survey or registration forms. Data captured during a visit to the Juice web site is considered professional information and may be stored in our database for our internal use.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

The Midcoast Magnet reserves the right to review and change this Policy. Policy changes may be made without prior notice to existing customers. Policy revisions only apply to information gathered as of the effective date of the revised policy, unless we give you notice and choice as to the changes in use, in which case all information is subject to the new policy.
